Multiple userbars on message user info

Hey there, I'm wanting to remove multiple userbars appearing on message user info when a user is in multiple groups.

For example:

I want to be able to have it so you can only have one showing. How can we do that? Also, is it possible to have it so users choose which one appears?

Redo the template edit using elseif in order of priority.

This is currently a template edit so there are no user selectable options.
