Moving post to create a new thread

When someone posts a different question in a same Question thread, I want to move the post to a new Thread to help with support.

But I can't move.

I can't move posts too (like separate a topic in two managing the posts). This can be solved with a permission?

Yes, there are permissions for moving posts and threads - ensure you have them on your account.

You select the post for moderation then choose the option.
