Paul B XenForo moderator Staff member Apr 7, 2023 #2 Automatic upgrades and downgrades apply to recently active members only. It will apply the next time they log in. Otherwise you can run the Rebuild user group promotions task in admin.php?tools/rebuild to manually apply it to all members. Upvote 0 Downvote
