RM 2.1 Moving all of our resources elsewhere…

First off, we're not even thinking of moving away from XenForo. It does everything we need - and more.

My question is this. If we spend many, many hours uploading all of our content to Resource Manager, and then at some point in the future we decide we need to move to another platform, how easy would it be to move all our content elsewhere, without having to manually input it again?

You would need to ask whichever platform you decide to move to, whether they have an importer for the RM.

It is always possible to develop an importer/converter for whaterver platform you are moving to,
If that makes sense and how long it would take depends on the platform and the amount of data you have to move.

If it's just a few resources, chances are the developing an importer would take longer than converting them manually.
If we are talking about 10.000 resources, chances that developing an importer will always make sense are almost 100%
