XF 2.2 Moved XF to new directory, now it redirects to homepage? Any suggestions?

Hey,

I moved my XF from the main directory, to a subdirectory domain.com/xfhere/

Before I moved it, I set the url in the admin to the new location, and I've done this many times before and it worked perfectly- but this time when I moved the XF, it now just redirects back to my homepage.

Any tips on how I can get this functional again?

host and I checked for that, found one, removed it, but a day later still no luck. We've been trying to figure this out for a few days and we're kinda stumped. Old url was domain.com - new one was domain.com/hub/ - but yeah, we're lost lol

edit: after doing another cache/cookie clear of computer, it stops redirecting, but loads a blank page. I wonder if a file got lost or something... is there a way to clear the XF cache via ftp?

Would it help if I reuploaded the XF files again?

Try rebuilding the master data via /install.

If there is nothing there or admin.php doesn't load, then it suggests something went wrong during the move.

Well, that worked but deleted every user, post, etc LOL.... oops.

Rebuilding master data would never delete any content.

Did you run a new installation?
If so, then files were missing as the install-lock.php file prevents that.

It ran a new install, no big deal, I couldn't get anyone to post on it in months (except myself) so I'm not too worried.
