XF 1.3 moved XF from /forums dir to main dir. my options panel is blank

i don't know how. why. don't care. just glad!

Sometimes there are server caching and replication mechanisms that cause temporary errors or delayed effect when moving files to a new directory. I have seen this on some hosts.
