XF 2.2 move to resource manager

I moved files from a forum to the resource manager. I will delete the files and threads in the old forum. How do I prevent link breaking? I moved the forum to the new resource manager, but the file issue remains.
Is it possible to add links to old forum threads? When you click it, it will come to the resource manager.

what's stopping old themes from slowly changing all the links to the resource manager? Or excuse me if I didn’t understand your question.

I re-added the files to the resource manager in a forum. old file links are invalid. I will delete it but the links will be broken

It is optimal to delete old themes altogether. But if you are afraid of losing traffic, just change the old links to the resource manager in the old themes.
