Move sideNavTrigger to p-body-header (pageaction)

Current setup, decent amount of wasted space...




I suggest setting the page nav trigger as part of the "pageaction". Cleans it up nicely.

Technically, it's styled as "button--link" which isn't used just for menus. Look at the watch button top right, or the attach files .

But yes it could remain the same color. I just thought the button--primary looked nice.
