XF 2.0 Move Custom Thread Fields to the Left

How can I make all my custom thread fields stay to the left side of the screen. I don't like one single bullet choice over to the right by itself. Take a look at the attached pic and you'll see what I mean...

Second question that relates to this. Do I have the option to open up another custom field if "Yes" is selected? I'd like to open a new text box to explain the "yes" answer.

XF 2.2 Deleting custom thread fields - I don't think the current functionality is good. It makes them risky to use so I don't use them for anything important
