I was considering the possibility or granting permission to my VIP user group (folks who are helping support the site financially) to feature content, but I'd like to only grant them the ability to click a button (or select a menu item) to indicate they want a thread featured, but not give them all the configurable ("customize") options that currently exist to manage featured content in 2.3 (including the ability to unfeature a thread).
Currently the user group permissions offer a single option under Forum Moderator Permissions for Feature / unfeature threads. It would be great if there were two options instead:

- Feature Content - select threads to be featured, no management or customization options
- Manage Featured content - allows customization and/or unfeaturing
