good morning everyone, I have a very useful suggestion to propose. We use moderation of user registrations, in the sense that we have to check them manually in order to approve them, this is to avoid spammers and bots. We check the IP addresses, nicknames and emails.
Sometimes we reject users who use unsuitable nicknames, VPNs or who reside in countries completely distant from our country or for other missing requirements. So we use the "reject" button and write the reason.
rarely these users try to re-register without VPN or by rectifying their nickname to comply with the forum rules and in the moderation list appears "this user has an IP in common with the rejected user..." so we ask ourselves, why did we reject him?? (we can imagine it yes but it will never be correct and precise.)
the question is precisely this, the reason we wrote in the rejection does not appear anywhere, not even in his user profile in the ACP.
1st suggestion: put the rejection information next to the user when it appears in the moderation list for example: "this user has the same IP as the rejected user {username} for this reason: he had a vulgar nickname"
2nd suggestion: it would be nice to always integrate in the moderation list of registrations, the name of the country derived from the IP address, so that you do not have to click on the IP and be bounced every time on the site whatismyipaddress.com close, go back, click again, bounce on the site whatismyipaddress.com, close, go back etc ... it would be enough to bring out 2 data: the country of origin and whether he is using a VPN or not.
