I have a user who says he is getting threatening private messages. He's ask me to look into it, and delete the conversation. When he sends me a link to the conversation, I get an error.

Can I, as the super moderator, moderate private messages?

Moderators cannot delete conversations, neither can admins (except deleting it in the DB). xF also doesn't really delete conversations, you just leave it and it disappears from your inbox, IIRC.

You can ask him to "Report" the conversation message.
Clicking at "Report" in conversations sends admins a copy of the message.
