Lack of interest Modify Thread Ban

This should have already been a functionality where admin/mods can modify the period for thread ban....extend thread ban period or reduce it. It seems the current way to do it is to lift the ban first and re-add user with new time period value.

Interesting idea. We see usually make these permanent but being able to change them would be nice. We had one recently that started as 7 days and then went permanent.
