Modify "all topics master forums global topics" to pull threads by prefix

Basically i run a forum which by its very nature has alot of subforums (due to niche)

what i would like to do is have 2 master forums which would pull all topics with a certain prefix

master forum 1 all slave forum threads with prefix1

master forum 2 all slave forum threads with prefix2

how could i accomplish this?
