Fixed Moderators should be able to edit/expire warnings given by themselves

Delete all warnings permission was working just fine before this update. Now moderators can't even edit their own warnings. Related bug report:

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.1.10).

Allow moderators to expire/delete warnings they issued
