XF 1.2 Moderators can't contact users via PM if they disabled their PMs

Heya,

is there any possibility to allow Moderators to contact users although they've disabled their private messages? Sometimes it's necessary for Moderators to contact them due to {insert random reason}.

Assign the bypass user privacy permission to the moderators.
