Just add a background image to each rank CSS class.

Trying to use the one kilcher linked, but the tag ends up to the left of the box rather than in the center. Looks kinda odd.

Any idea how to fix it?

Looking at the screenshots and the associated CSS, they are centred.

Perhaps you didn't enter all the CSS correctly?

The script in that post didn't work at all, but I combined the two and made some changes, and it's all good now.
