Moderator Contract

Do any of y'all require your moderators to sign anything? I noticed a lot of forums do that, I am not sure if I should.

Maybe if you're hiring a stranger or if it's a company forum?

I run a hobby forum and moderators I choose are normally trusted people who wouldn't do the forum any harm or leak any staff discussions.
