XF 1.5 Moderation Queue

I have a strange one where all of a sudden people with post less than x (x being a number up to 10) have there post put into a moderation queue. We haven't changed anything we are aware of and can't seem to find any setting that will undo this problem...

Fixed... Been looking for days and it was the Maximum Messages to Check for Spam. No one seems to have altered it but it was set to 3... set to 0 and all ok
