XF 2.1 Moderated posts aren't showing up at the top like usual

I don't know what I could have wrong - but this is my only XenForo installation where this isn't working right. As far as I can tell, my settings are the same with all of my installations. I currently have two posts in moderation but I can only SEE that they're in moderation from the "forum view" page where all the threads are listed. What could I have set incorrectly? I should be seeing a notification at the top left of the screen...

This little guy right here. That's on one of my other sites. But it's not showing for another...

I'm using the default style and disabled all addons with no change. It must be a setting I'm not thinking of. But it's really strange as I always set everything the same on all my sites...

As for the original question, the manual explicitly states that members must have the moderator status to see the queue.

It only happened once. I just tested it on your post and it's back to normal.

Most likely just a browser glitch then.

If you right-click on the up arrow on my post and open in a new tab, you should see the same thing.
