Add-on Moderate Threads Only !!

Right now, when you select: Admin CP -> Applications -> Display Node Tree -> [click the forum] -> Moderate all messages posted in this forum

It will put all new replies and new threads in moderation queue. What I want is to bypass all new replies but new threads. So new replies does not required approval from moderator and only new threads will be required an approval.
