Moderate links - Possible?

Is there a built-in way to hold posts that contain links (by new members) for moderation?

Thanks for the fast reply, Brogan! I'm looking to hold the posts for moderation (preferably with a message to the user) instead of prohibiting them outright. Will this method accomplish that?

You have the option of manually approving any posts which trigger a spam phrase, so they would appear in the mod queue.
