Installing Mod_security and OWASP will i get any conflicts with Xenforo Application? Any conflicts with it? any suggestions are welcome.

I can't list common issues for you here. In my experience there are many in regard to the OWASP rules and false alerts. As mentioned, install them and keep an eye on your Hits List.

You can run both rulesets live if you like, I'm not sure why you'd want to though.
