[MMO] Logged In Cookie - Allows you to set cookies for all authorized users

As the name suggests, this add-on sets cookies for authorized users. This is especially useful if you want to implement caching for guests (through things like FastCGI, Varnish, etc.).

After installation, the add-on does not need to be configured and starts working automatically.

Anyone using this with XF 2.2 and PHP 8.1?

Feature request:

• Displays page as a guest if user is logged in, and cookie isn't present (and sets it again), so that a user can't remove it and cache the page as if they were a guest (while still logged in).
