XF 1.5 Missing delete button

I posted a Resource recently then needed to delete it. The delete button is missing. All the other resources have the delete button underneath the edit button.
Can somebody tell me how to restore it for that particular resource?

If you have the relevant permissions then the delete link will be visible.

You can confirm that by navigating to resources/name.id/delete

If you don't have permission, an error will be displayed.

Please give me details>links to find if I have relevant permissions. The screenshot above does not allow me to solve the problem

I used to be able to delete all of the Resources posted, but now I I cannot delete any of them.
Would appreciate details of links to guide me to the right place. I have tried everything I know and go nowhere.

It's OK I found out where to delete resources. Under User Permissions>Admin
