Fixed Missing Admin Action (AdminPermission) causes permissions to be unremoveable

Just reporting it here for proper documenting of the bug. I can confirm that the action doesn't exist. Most likely meant to be delete.

Sorted - though the permission can be deleted via the list view right now.
