When I was selecting the Time Zone, I hit U to scroll through the different time zones. Honestly, I wasn't thinking as it shouldn't have worked due to UTC being in parenthesis. However UTC-400) San Luis did come up, which I'm guessing should have been (UTC-400) San Luis
Also, upon inserting this image above, the textarea did not resize in height, so I could only see half of the image. Not sure if this is a JS thingy, but Iwas trying to find "San Luis" to double check the name when typing this out. Instead I had to move the text cursor after the image, which still didn't give me the full view, and hit enter (which did finally let me see this whole picture).
