Add-on Minimum Thread Title Length

My users have a habit of posting short titles, which are horrible for SEO. It'd be great if we had an add-on where we could set a minimum character count.

Just not optimal. Not the best solution. Considered low quality search result. Reduced chance of users clicking also. Google has a minimum and maximum character count / pixel width "recommended". People like to do things by the book to optimize their chances of better rankings. One or two-word titles are a no no if you care about SEO. Probably wont ruin your site but its not considered good.
