MineSync Store only syncs ranks to the server. There aren't any current plans to provide other things in-game such as credits or items. You could possibly achieve the same effect using a kit plugin with a very high reissue time, and give the permission for the kit to the relevant group.

It would not be difficult to add if you wanted to develop it yourself. The server is informed of store purchases from XF. It's possible for the server to take actions other than just giving a rank in response.
