2.2.0: Validation uses newer API

This is a required update for all users!

Mojang have recently retired their legacy Minecraft API endpoint, breaking all prior versions of this add-on. I have updated the validation to use the newer Mojang API.

After updating, double check Options > Minecraft Paid Username Validation to be sure the "Validation URL" setting matches the following:

https://api.mojang.com/users/profiles/minecraft/{user}

Customer update emails should be going out shortly.

Has this recently broken? Using 2.2.0 with
https://api.mojang.com/users/profiles/minecraft/{user}

It's denying every possible username, and has been for a bit I think.

I can't reproduce this locally. Non-MC names are being rejected, and valid ones are getting through.

I reinstalled the addon and same issue occurred. Any ideas?

Tried deny on failure on and off, no difference.

@Jeremy P Can you please fix the issue where its saying invalid character when someone uses _ in their names, because you can use _

@xH3LLRAIZ3Rx I just checked and the add-on permits alphanumeric characters and underscores between 2 and 16 characters long, which matches the rules specified by Mojang. It may be the attempted username is actually over 16 characters. If you like, you can post or PM me the username so I can confirm.
