Migration and Wordpress/Xenforo bridge - 2 Sites - Dev and/or Designer

Hello,

I'm looking for a developer and/or designer who can do the following.

Site A: (live Interracial Dating site/Forum)

1. Migrate existing vBulletin 3.7.3 site to Xenforo with minimal downtime.
   -Site currently has 22,309 threads, 912,748 posts, and 42,177 members
2. Install and setup Wordpress/Xenforo bridge (XenWord or XenPorta)
3. Match a custom theme between Wordpress and Xenforo
4. Install Post Ratings addon
   -https://xenforo.com/community/resources/post-ratings-taking-likes-to-the-next-level.410/
   
5. Setup site for Google ads

Site B: (Progressive Political Site/Forum)

1. Install and configure Xenforo
2. Install and setup Wordpress/Xenforo bridge (XenWord or XenPorta)
3. Match a custom theme between Wordpress and Xenforo
4. Install Post Ratings addon
   -https://xenforo.com/community/resources/post-ratings-taking-likes-to-the-next-level.410/
   
5. Setup site for Google ads

You don't have to be able to do the whole thing. I realize that some people are more technical than artistic. So it's OK if you can only do the design (theme) but not the technical or development side.

If all works out, this can be an ongoing working relationship.

Please PM me with your rates and examples of your work or references. Price for the entire project or part of it-- and your hourly rate.
