Migrating 2x vB sites into 1x xF site sizing? (AWS?)

It’s been a couple years since I thought about doing this (last time xF wasn’t mature enough). I am trying to do 2 things at once:

Migrate 2x vBulletin sites into 1x xF site:

Site 1:
Threads: 463,554
Posts: 8,383,133
Members: 338,893

Site 2:
Threads 207,781
Posts 2,811,578
Members 248,987

Move my current colo setup ($500/month) to AWS

Was wondering if I could get guidance or service suggestion from anyone that has accomplished any or all of this?

I have done this for a few customers, merging and changing hosting in 1 hit.

I think we spoke 5 years ago about this same issue and you were in the middle of working on an import tool. I assume that's locked down and thoroughly vetted now.
