XF 2.2 Message only users in a group

This is a bit confusing and I don't want to accidentally message everyone. My goal is to send a message only to users in a secondary group, however, I see that "Any" is also the default for Primary user group. If I leave that at default and only choose the one I want from secondary, will that be the only group to get the message?

Yes, that's correct.

There will be a confirmation screen prior to sending so you can confirm.
