I can't post in the support forums for this (since im on a shared forum). But on my forum we have a internal forum with admins og mods can discuss, but our posts dosen't get counted. But, the public forum posts gets counted. Is there a option to turn that on or?
There is a reason you can't access the support forums; that means you're not allowed to ask support questions as you're not flagged as a licenseholder. That doesn't mean you should just ask your question anyway, but on another part of the forum.
