I'm looking to display a stock message for certain forums on my site that displays a message or rules of creating a thread in that section, and requires members to check a box acknowledging they have read the rules.
I'm looking for this to be displayed on the Thread Creation page between between the "body" and "Tags" boxes to ensure members see them prior to creation
The text for the message, and check box field should be customizable via AdminCP. This should also have customizable permissions so it can be set for usergroups/nodes.
