Where can I set consecutive messages from the same user to be merged?

Select the twoposts via the tick box at bottom left of each post, and then choose merge posts.




There may be addon that do this automatically

Manually I know how to do it, I was wondering if there is an admin way to set it by default.
On vbulletin and Invisioncommunity there is so I think (hope) that there is also on xenforo.
