Duplicate Members view their own warnings

I would like to see the permission for members to view their own warnings. I know mods can start a conversation re: the warning and it's part of xon's addon warning Improvements, but i think this should be part of the core. It just seems to be something that is a basic right, ie to have easy access to the archives of disciplinary action taken agaisnt you.

Yes, it's a duplicate of the suggestion that you linked to.

Another like from me. I think it's imperative users see their warnings and staff shouldn't have to start a conversation then explaining why, as that makes it instantly personal.
