Add-on Members post as guests for particular forums

I have a friend that is running Xenforo for a trade union website. They have hundreds of members logged in; however, not many people ask questions or discuss things online. Does anyone know of an add on that allows members to post in particular forums as guests? Something like a Q&A forum, where you can go in and ask questions, and discuss things, but only the admin can determine who you are.

The rationale would be that some members are afraid of questions they are asking making their way back to the company; however, the union wants to control access to the discussions by ensuring only registered members can access the forums.

Is this something that exists, can be built as an addon, and what would it cost to do so?

Goto one of my threads and you can test as a demo the whole way through. Post as a guest, get an email and etc.

@physicspirate , it seems our add-on linked by @gforce is not exactly what you need, as it allows to post as guest to visitors, who still don't have account, and once they have posted, they should register to activate their post, and their post becomes publically visible. Most likely you need some "anonymous" posting add-on. There is one available at https://xenforo.com/community/resources/bd-anonymous-posting.970/ if you need it for XenForo 1.x.
