Well it just hit me many want to use certain features and swap them up and move them. So why not make a grid kind of like the vBulletin CMS and let use drag and place widgets / main things. On the member page he/she can decide what they want and lay it out on how they like it. I think it would be a nice feature but it would be a big feature.
So members page you could move all the boxes and place them / replace with others.
On the community page the admins would lay it out the way they want it/
