XF 2.3 Members online widget - why do member names display as blue or gray?

Why does one member name display as blue, and another as grey? What is the reason or pattern or logic behind this? I can't figure it out.

Grey is for members who have selected to be hidden.

The gray color is for members who have chosen not to display their status online, staff members see them in this color, members do not see them.

Its any option to do all user blue in online widget ?

No. Only people that can bypass privacy settings can see the grey names anyway, so it doesn't affect most users.
