Members Get A Blank Page When Your Uninstalling Add-Ons

Is this normal? I thought this only happened to me when I'm uninstalling add-ons. My members are now complaining about blank pages whenever I'm installing/uninstalling an add-on or theme.

It is part of the design. Do it at quiet times.

WOOOW I'm always doing this stuff at all times. I am now curious to know why they are JUST NOW complaining about it. Weird. That's why I only thought it happened to me and not them.

I install addons/themes on a test install first, ensure it works and then do the installation on my live site around 7am in the morning. Helps minimize the impact.
