Add-on Memberlist

I kinda need something simmiliar to XenStaff as I use currently http://behindtheunknown.com/index.php?XenStaff/

but I will need the ability to organize it like shown above.
I'm willing to throw a few bucks after it if needed. (also A PM link beside each person would be great)

In short it needs to allow Groups and Sub groups (2 tiers)
