XF 1.5 Member since December 31, 1969??

Our Forum (www.Chromeheads.org) has gone through several iterations over the years. The most recent big change was converting from DISCUS to Xenforo a few years back. We were hacked bad, but were able to salvage about 95% of almost 20 years of posts, photos, etc. But something has been nagging me for a while. Many members (220 of us) who were already Forum members pre-dating XF (including me from 2006), now have a "Member Since" date of December 31, 1969! I'm 100% sure its not a Xenforo issue, and had something to do with the conversion, but any idea why this has happened?

January 1st 1970 would have made more sense, because that is the start of unix time. Maybe that Unix epoch minus a time zone difference.

Not the question you were asking but having been "hacked bad" in the past, I'm curious as to why you haven't upgraded from XF 1.5, which is end-of-life, to XF 2.1.x?
