Not a bug Member doesn't appear in "Find member"

I've rebuilt caches and test with Chrome and Edge.
There are 33 members starting with that name, including "carmen", but only 2 are listed.
(This also happens when searching for other members).

Have those members been active recently?

The dropdown list will only display those who have.
You can still manually type the name in though.

Maybe it should be pointed out somewhere, because it's not easy to find out what's going on.
