Duplicate Media showing as deleted in user content feed and postings

After uploading a new image to the Test Media gallery, I noticed the media in my "Your Content" search was showing up in a way that seems to indicated it has been deleted (which it hasn't) - there is a line through the title and the text/image seems a bit pale compared to the other (non-media) entries in the list.



This also happens for the Postings on my profile:



I've also noticed this in other user profiles for people who have uploaded media - so it's not just me, seems to be a Media gallery bug.

It's not actually deleted media. There's another bug report (related to search) which mentions the same thing.
