Fixed Media gallery YouTube embeds pull generic info

This is a bug report on this post here I made recently. Basically, the Media Gallery addon pulls in generic YouTube information for the title and description instead of the actual video's title and description. It does it on my site and here.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XFMG release (2.3.8).
