XF 2.1 Media Gallery Descriptions

Hello everyone,

I am just getting a new install of Xenforo 2.x off the ground and had a question about the media gallery add-on. I currently have it installed but am looking to have the description of the media displayed either above or below the thumbnail image. Currently, by default, the description only shows very small, on the thumbnail image, and only when the cursor is hoovered over it. I dug around and was unable to find any kind of commercially available plug-in or add-on that provided this. I was curious if anyone knows of an out of the box or custom solution for this?

It would require editing the template and modifying the code to move the data outside the overlay.

I got a quote from a developer for a very reasonable price. I'm just surprised I couldn't find a plug in or add on that would offer as I saw more than a few people hunting around for something similar.
