error message: Could not process MC-ForumLayouts-1.3.2.zip: The following requirements for [MC] Forum Layouts were not met: [MC] Forum Layouts requires [MC] Core Library 1.0.3+.

Again, I installed that first.

Again, I installed that first.

There shouldn't be any reason why it can't be updated. If Core Library is indeed installed, can you upload Forum Layouts directly to your server and run the upgrade manually.

nope, i have ftp disabled, and honestly don't want to go through the hassle for one addon.

Do you have App for Cloudflare enabled or standard library? If you do, disable those. The add-on list may be cached.

App for cloudflare did it. Disabled, installed, reenabled. Thanks.
