[MC] Content Tracker - Track posts from selected user groups

This add-on tracks posts from admin-defined user groups. I named it Content Tracker to keep it open for expanding to other entities. It's essentially a Staff or Dev Tracker where you can track posts from whichever user group(s) you select.

It's marked as Alpha for bug testing and also open to feedback.

It directly renders the post controller so bookmarks, in-line mod tools, attachment lightbox, sharing, and message actions are all available. This also means that any other add-on that...

1.0.0 RC1 Relased

1. Added a default-cut off option to improve performance on larger forums. This functions by the amount of days you would like to track. No limit. 0 to disable.
2. As a personal favor to @Alpha1, added UBS: comments tracking.
3. Added option tabs to separate XenForo core and add-ons from 3rd party add-ons:
4. Added style property option to add link to mod menu.
