Mbstring & iconv PHP-EX

Currently moved to a new host, have all files uploaded and everthing works ok except:

1- database size shrunk >old server/host=500 mg > new server/host = ~260 mg
2- Threads posted after the migration works fine but threads created before I get this error when I attempt to view thread.

3- Can not install Mbstring & iconv PHP-EX through WHM neither ssh the command> ssh username@domain.com > sudo su - >root > user is not in the sudoers file.

Is this a shared / managed server? If so, you'll have to ask your host for help.

This is managed server not shared.

Yea, that's what I meant. Typo up there. Ask your host to add your account to the root group.

I finally managed to root and execute the command after 48 hrs of trying.
